What KSTTS is
Karachi Smart Travel & Tour Services (KSTTS) operates a shared online marketplace and related company booking portals so passengers can search trips, reserve seats, and manage tickets with participating bus companies in Pakistan. KSTTSis not a single bus company. It is the platform behind the public marketplace and each company's own booking page. Super Admin onboards operators; passengers use one account for marketplace search and company portals.
KSTTS خود کوئی بس کمپنی نہیں۔ یہ ایک مشترکہ مارکیٹ پلیس ہے جو مسافروں کو شریک بس کمپنیوں کے سفر تلاش کرنے، سیٹ ریزرو کرنے اور ٹکٹ سنبھالنے دیتی ہے۔ اصل سفر، ٹرمینل، اور گاڑی متعلقہ بس کمپنی چلاتی ہے۔
Eligibility and your account
The marketplace is intended for adults booking travel. You must give accurate details, keep your password private, and use only one passenger account per person. Guardians may book for minors using accurate passenger details where the operator allows.

- Enter your real name, mobile, and any CNIC or passenger details required for the ticket.
- Do not share your login, create duplicate accounts to abuse holds, or book with false information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us via Contact Us if you think it was misused.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or automated misuse of search, holds, or payments may lead to cancelled bookings and a closed account.
Booking and payment
Confirm with a fixed advance per ticket: PKR 1,000 when the fare is under PKR 5,000; PKR 1,500 when the fare is PKR 5,000–7,500; PKR 2,000 when the fare is above PKR 7,500. The rest is collected at the terminal.
ہر ٹکٹ پر مقررہ ایڈوانس ادا کر کے تصدیق کریں: کرایہ ۵٬۰۰۰ سے کم ہو تو ۱٬۰۰۰ روپے؛ ۵٬۰۰۰ سے ۷٬۵۰۰ تک ہو تو ۱٬۵۰۰ روپے؛ ۷٬۵۰۰ سے زیادہ ہو تو ۲٬۰۰۰ روپے۔ باقی رقم ٹرمینل پر وصول کی جائے گی۔
The advance payment is non-refundable.
ایڈوانس ادائیگی غیر قابلِ واپسی ہے۔
- Online passenger bookings on the marketplace or a company booking page are confirmed by paying the advance through KSTTS. Any remaining fare is collected at the bus company terminal, as shown on your ticket.
- A short seat hold (about 10 minutes) keeps selected seats while you pay. If payment is not completed in time, the seats go back on sale.
- Company staff counter bookings lock immediately without online advance payment.
- Cancellation, late arrival, operator trip changes, and when money is not returned are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. These terms do not override that page.
Limitation of liability
KSTTS is a marketplace. Each participating bus company is responsible for the actual travel service — including vehicle condition, drivers, safety, terminal handling, onboard service, delays, route or schedule changes, and missed connections. When you travel, that company remains responsible for the journey.

- KSTTS does not operate buses and does not guarantee that a listed trip will run exactly as published. Operators may change times, equipment, or cancel a service.
- To the extent allowed by Pakistan law, KSTTSis not liable for loss arising from the operator's service, delay, accident, or failure to travel, beyond our role in taking the marketplace advance and showing your ticket in the account.
- For travel-day problems, call the company helpline on your ticket first. For platform, payment, or account issues, use Contact Us with your ticket reference.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes relating to use of this website and marketplace bookings, without limiting any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
یہ شرائط پاکستان کے قوانین کے تحت ہیں۔ ویب سائٹ اور مارکیٹ پلیس بکنگ سے متعلق تنازعات پر پاکستان کی عدالتوں کا اختیار ہے۔
Changes to these terms
We may update this page when our practices, operators, payment methods, or the law change. The updated text will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Material booking and refund rules stay on the Refund Policy; check that page before you pay.
