The marketplace lists every participating operator for the same From / To / date, so you can compare times and classes before you lock a seat.

Keep your login ready
Use the same passenger account on both the marketplace and a company booking page. Online passenger bookings need a fixed advance to confirm; company staff counter tickets lock immediately without online payment.
Choose seats as soon as you decide
Finish checkout soon after you pick seats. An online passenger hold lasts about 10 minutes if you do not pay the advance; you can also release it from My bookings.
Check the city, not only the company name
Some trips pick up at an intermediate city. Confirm origin and destination on the trip card before you pay.
